Mr. McDonald has been involved in the real estate industry in Fresno for over thirty years.  He is responsible for acquisition, management, leasing and sale of commercial, office, and management of common interest subdivisions at this time.  He has directed project rehabilitation, development and provided services in areas of management, financial planning, budgets, contracts and lease negotiations for many private, institutional and corporate owners.

 

            Mr. McDonald organized Pacific Central Management Corporation and he is sole stockholder and serves as President and Broker for the corporation. 

 

            Mr. McDonald has a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and has been a Certified Property Manager (CPM) with the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) since 1978.  He has also been active and held numerous positions in the local chapter and the national organization of IREM.  He has held a California Real Estate Brokers License since 1982 and has been involved in the Fresno Board of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.  Mr. McDonald has also been active and held positions in many community organizations in the Fresno area.

 

            Mr. McDonald has a rich history in the ownership and management of real estate.  His family has developed and owned residential, retail and office buildings for three generations.  He is an exceptional lease negotiator and he has an excellent understanding of contracts and the need for quality maintenance of residential and commercial properties.  He has personally been involved in the ownership of commercial property in the Fresno area for many years.

 

He has been active in CAI, Community Associations Institute, and has earned a number of designations: CMCA, Certified Manager of Community Associations; AMS, Accredited Management Specialist; and RS, Reserve Specialist.
